Fallout series release date announced from Prime Video

Prime Video’s highly anticipated new series, Fallout, based on the best-selling video game franchise will be released next April.

The date announcement was made on the 26th anniversary of Fallout Day, an annual celebration of all things dedicated to the franchise

Set in the future post-apocalyptic Los Angeles and the world of Fallout, the series is an original story based on Fallout that will be part of the canon of the games.

The series comes from Kilter Films and executive producers Jonathan Nolan and Lisa Joy, the creators of Westworld

The series cast includes Ella Purnell (Yellowjackets), Walton Goggins (Invincible), Aaron Moten (Emancipation), Moisés Arias (The King of Staten Island), Kyle MacLachlan (Twin Peaks), Sarita Choudhury (The Green Knight), Michael Emerson (Lost), Leslie Uggams (Deadpool), Frances Turner (The Boys), Dave Register (Heightened), Zach Cherry (Severance), Johnny Pemberton (Ant-Man), Rodrigo Luzzi (Dead Ringers), Annabel O’Hagan (Law & Order: SVU), and Xelia Mendes-Jones (The Wheel of Time).

Fallout will premiere on 12 April 2024 on Prime Video.
