The absolutely charming panel (which included a guest appearance from original Wonder Woman Lynda Carter no less) for Patty Jenkin’s Wonder Woman 1984 at this year’s DC FanDome gave us a lot more footage from the upcoming film with its second trailer.

As you can see, the trailer not only gives us a glimpse of Wonder Woman (Gal Gadot – Justice League, Fast & Furious) in her golden armor (and lassoing off lightning bolts!) and more from Steve Trevor (Chris Pine – Star Trek, A Wrinkle In Time) but also we also see more from Wonder Woman’s new foes: Max Lord played by Pedro Pascal (The Mandelorian, Game Of Thrones) and The Cheetah in her full suit played by Kristen Wiig (Downsizing, Ghostbusters).
The sequel to 2017’s Woman Woman, this time the action moves from 1918 to – unsurprisingly – 1984, complete with plenty of colours, humour and, of course, parachute pants.
Wonder Woman 1984 also sees the return of Connie Nielson (Gladiator, One Hour Photo) as Hippolyta and Robin Wright (The Princess Bride, Blade Runner 2049) as Antiope.
