The first picture from the set of Jaume Balagueró‘s [REC]4 has appeared (courtesy of Bloody Disgusting) and gives us a good idea of how much blood to expect.
The zombie franchise continues as Balagueró takes over from [REC]3 director Paco Plaza, with whom he co-directed parts 1 and 2. This sequel resumes the story of the first two movies and brings back Manuela Velasco as “Angela Vidal the young television reporter who entered the building with the fireman, manages to make it out alive. But what the soldiers don’t know is that she carries the seed of the strange infection.”
[REC]4: Apocalypse is set for release on 10 October 2014 in Spain, fingers crossed for a UK release soon after.
