We’ve only just had a JJ Abrams-produced project with the awesome 10 Cloverfield Lane, but there’s another one in the works with a damn fine cast.
Variety reports that God Particle, which will be directed by Julius Onah (This Girl Is In Trouble), will star David Oyelowo (Selma, A Most Violent Year) and Gugu Mbatha-Raw (Jupiter Ascending, Concussion).
God Particle has been gestating for a long time but it’s finally getting going, and “takes place in the near future. It centers on a team of astronauts who make a terrifying discovery that challenges all they know about the fabric of reality, as they desperately fight for their survival.”
A release date of 24 February 2017 has been set for the film, with production starting soon.
