Stacy Martin, who made a splash with her excellent turn as the younger version of Charlotte Gainsbourg’s character in Lars Von Trier’s controversial Nymphomaniac, has been cast in Ben Wheatley’s High-Rise.
Screen Daily reports that Martin will join Tom Hiddleston, Jeremy Irons, Sienna Miller, Elisabeth Moss, Luke Evans, Reece Shearsmith and Peter Ferdinando in the adaptation of JG Ballard’s classic novel.
It’s currently unclear which role Martin will be playing. Hiddleston takes the lead as Robert Laing, while Irons plays the tower block’s architect Anthony Royal, and Miller plays his assistant Charlotte. Evans and Moss play Richard and Helen Wilder, who are part of the growing discord in the tower block.
