After last year’s news that Jack Black might not be returning to the world of Goosebumps for the sequel, Goosebumps: Horrorland, we’ve been a little bit downtrodden about the whole project, seeing as the first was so surprisingly wonderful.
However, according to Variety the film has just added Wendi McLendon-Covey (Bridesmaids, Reno 911!) , Ken Jeong (The Hangover, Community) and Chris Parnell (Hot Rod, 21 Jump Street) to the cast, and things are starting to look up again.
The new cast members join Madison Iseman, Jeremy Ray Taylor, Ben O’Brien, Caleel Harris and Tyler Silva.
A storyline for Goosebumps: Horrorland has not yet been confirmed but, to be honest, after the fun we had with the first film we’d watch anything.
