Birds Of Prey (And The Fantabulous Emancipation Of One Harley Quinn) has barely started filming and it already has a rather fun teaser. It just looks like a costume test set to music, but we’re still into it:
Cathy Yan is directing the film, while Robbie is producing through her LuckyChap Entertainment, alongside Sue Kroll for Kroll & Co. Entertainment and Bryan Unkeless for Clubhouse Pictures. The script has been written by Christina Hodson, who was also recently brought on to write the script for the Batgirl film.
Starring alongside Robbie as Harley Quinn are McGregor as Black Mask, Jurnee Smollett-Bell as Dinah Lance/Black Canary, Rosie Perez as Renee Montoya, Mary Elizabeth Winstead as Helena Bertinelli/Huntress, and Ella Jay Basco as Batgirl/Cassandra Cain.
