Cowabunga dudes! We absolutely loved Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutant Mayhem, saying that director and writer Jeff Rowe “delivers great kaiju, kung fu, street-fight, road chase and sewer-surfing action with infectious glee” in our four-star review.
