Warner Bros has announced some hot release dates this week, with a few of the studio’s upcoming DC films among them.
Shazam 2 will be in cinemas on 1 April 2022, while The Flash will debut just three months later on 1 July 2022.
The news means that WB’s DC collection finally has a proper slate:
Birds Of Prey: 7 February 2020
Wonder Woman 1984: 5 June 2020
The Batman: 5 June 2021
The Suicide Squad: 6 August 2021
Black Adam: 22 December 2021
Shazam 2: 1 April 2022
The Flash: 1 July 2022
Aquaman 2: 16 December 2022
Additionally, sci-fi fans can expect Lana Wachowski-directed sequel The Matrix 4 to reach cinemas even sooner on 21 May 2021.
The Matrix 4 is set to star new cast members Neil Patrick Harris, Jessica Henwick, Yahya Abdul-Mateen II and Jonathan Groff, alongside returning stars Keanu Reeves, Carrie-Anne Moss and Jada Pinkett Smith.
