With Star Wars Rebels making the jump to Disney’s ABC network, new scenes have been added and a glimpse of one – the Inquisitor communing with his boss – has been tweeted out by Darth Vader actor David Prowse.
Original Trilogy voice star James Earl Jones is returning to provide his rumbling bass to the Dark Lord of the Sith for this all-new cameo.
The age of George Lucas may be over, but Disney have clearly taken that ball and run with it by tinkering with the Star Wars Rebels ‘Spark Of Rebellion’ movie-length premier before it’s barely a month old.
As an aside, does this mean that David Prowse is back in the Star Wars family after being blacklisted by Lucas?
Star Wars Rebels is airing now on Disney XD – the new extended ‘Spark Of Rebellion’ will air Monday 27 October 2014 on Sky 1 in the UK. For the latest Star Wars: Episode VII news, subscribe to SciFiNow and save 30% off the cover price.
