Here’s the synopsis for the film:
Inspired by one of the most terrifying children’s book series of all time, SCARY STORIES TO TELL IN THE DARK follows a group of young teens who must solve the mystery surrounding sudden and macabre deaths in their small town.

The film is directed by André Øvredal from a screenplay by Dan Hageman, Kevin Hageman, John August, Guillermo del Toro, Marcus Dunstan and Patrick Melton. It stars Zoe Margaret Colletti, Michael Garza, Austin Zujur, Gabriel Rush, Kathleen Pollard and Gil Bellows.
