A shot of a crew-cut, rather bad-ass (or perhaps Bat-ass) looking Robin has surfaced along with confirmation that the character will be playable in the forthcoming Batman: Arkham City. Sadly it’s only available with North American pre-orders so far, but fingers crossed it becomes an option in Europe.
According to the press release, “Robin will come complete with his own unique gadgets and special moves, and will be playable in all challenge maps in the game, as well as two additional challenge maps that are included with the pack – Black Mask Hideout and Freight Train Escape. The pack will also contain a bonus Red Robin character skin.”
Tim Drake is an interesting choice, being neither thought of as the ‘classic’ Robin, nor currently the Robin in comics – that honour going to the psychotic Damien Wayne.
