Ghosted trailer Adam Scott and Craig Robinson investigate the paranormal

Adam Scott and Craig Robinson partner up in first trailer for SF comedy show Ghosted

We love Adam Scott, we love Craig Robinson and we love The X-Files, so the idea of the two actors pairing up for a comedy about a duo investigating the paranormal definitely seems like it will be up our street. The first trailer has arrived, and it’s one of those awful “the pilot in 2 and 1/2 minute” trailers, but we’re still excited.

So the trailer isn’t wildly funny, but we have faith in the two leads (and the awesome Adeel Akhtar (Utopia, The Big Sick).

Ghosted follows a cynical skeptic and a genius “true believer” in the paranormal who are recruited by The Bureau Underground to look into the rampant “unexplained” activity in Los Angeles, all while uncovering a larger mystery that could threaten the existence of the human race.”

The pilot was written by Tom Gormican (That Awkward Moment) and directed by Jonathan Krisel (Baskets, Portlandia, Kroll Show).

Ghosted will air later this year. Keep up with the latest genre news with the new issue of SciFiNow.
