Dark Knight’s David S Goyer to adapt 100 Bullets for TV

Is this going to be a flashback to FlashForward?

David S Goyer, screenwriter on The Dark Knight Rises and Man Of Steel, has been announced as executive producer/writer on Showtime’s forthcoming adaptation of DC Vertigo crime comic 100 Bullets.

100 Bullets, written by Brian Azzarello and illustrated by Eduardo Risso, follows a mysterious agent with a suitcase containing an untraceable gun and 100 bullets, inviting people to live out their revenge fantasies while a larger conspiracy lurks in the background.
Goyer’s last foray into television was with the ill-fated FlashForward, cancelled after one season after rapidly declining ratings.
