Predators did some alright business at the US and international box office, over the weekend – the Robert Rodriguez-produced reboot, which has received mixed critical reviews, pulled in a total of $43 million worldwide, already exceeding its $40 million budget, according to boxofficemojo.com.
The movie raked in $25 million from the US and $18 million from international territories. By comparison, 2007’s absolutely rubbish Aliens vs. Predator: Requiem only raked in $10 million in the US during its opening weekend, so Fox should be encouraged by the numbers.
What did you think of Predators? Would it have gained/lost out from the presence of Danny Glover?
