The official synopsis tell us, “President Lincoln’s mother is killed by a supernatural creature, which fuels his passion to crush vampires and their slave-owning helpers”. The film stars Benjamin Walker as Abraham Lincoln, who is mentored by Henry Sturges played by Dominic Cooper (last seen in Captain America). The story is an adaptation of Seth Grahame-Smith’s history/fantasy mash-up novel, and the author has also penned the screenplay. Tim Burton and Timur Bekmambetov are producing.
Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter will be released in cinemas June 22nd 2012 in 3D.
