In Scream VI, following the latest Ghostface killings, the four survivors leave Woodsboro behind and start a fresh chapter.
Directed by Scream V directors Matt Bettinelli-Olpin and Tyler Gillett, the movie stars Melissa Barrera (as Sam Carpenter), Jasmin Savoy Brown (as Mindy Meeks-Martin), Mason Gooding (as Chad Meeks-Martin), Jenna Ortega (as Tara Carpenter), Hayden Panettiere (as Kirby Reed) and Courteney Cox (as Gale Weathers), who return to their roles in the franchise.
The movie also stars Jack Champion, Henry Czerny, Liana Liberato, Dermot Mulroney, Devyn Nekoda, Tony Revolori, Josh Segarra, and Samara Weaving.
“I’ve always said that Scream is a very loving franchise and respects its fans,” Mason Gooding told us, who plays Chad Meeks-Martin in Scream VI. “It does a lot of work to make them feel respected and seen and appreciated.
“There’s a lot of other horror movies that are very mean with their violence and their kills. Scream is not one of them – I think you leave the movie feeling better than you came into it.”
