She’s back! Taissa Farmiga returns as Sister Irene in the sequel to the worldwide smash hit, The Nun, and the next chapter of the story in The Conjuring universe. Check out the brand new poster above and click the image below to watch the trailer for The Nun II.

It’s 1956 in France. A priest is murdered and an evil is spreading in The Nun II, which follows Sister Irene as she once again comes face-to-face with Valak, the demon nun.

The movie is directed by Michael Chaves (The Conjuring: The Devil Made Me Do It), from a screenplay by Ian Goldberg & Richard Naing (The Autopsy of Jane Doe) and Akela Cooper (M3GAN), with a story by Cooper, based on characters created by James Wan & Gary Dauberman.

It stars Taissa Farmiga (The Nun) as Sister Irene, and she is joined by Jonas Bloquet (The Nun), Storm Reid (The Last of Us), Anna Popplewell (The Chronicles of Narnia trilogy) and Bonnie Aarons (reprising her role from The Nun).

The Safran Company’s Peter Safran and Atomic Monster’s James Wan produce, continuing their collaboration as filmmakers on all of the previous Conjuring films.
