As publicity for the Blu-ray release of Star Wars ramps up, LucasFilm has released an app to give fans an insight into the special features bundled with the discs. Titled The Star Wars Blu-ray: Early Access app, it’s currently available for download on the US iTunes store for iPad, and will be available in other territories and on other Apple devices from August 2nd. LucasFilm will be doing a special preview of that and the discs themselves at San Diego this weekend. The app itself will have never-before-seen concept art and interviews, among other bits and pieces.
