Fringe’s move to Friday nights helped the Fox network to a win in the 18-49 demographic, last week, averaging about 4.9 million viewers overall. This is similar to what the show was getting in its old timeslot. If the JJ Abrams drama can hold onto this sort of audience in the coming weeks, it’ll be a shoo-in for renewal. That would make it one of the first shows to buck the run of Fox originals (some quality, some not so much) getting the axe from the network after airing on that night.
Friday’s episode of Fringe, ‘The Firefly’, guest-starred Back To The Future’s Christopher Lloyd. Fingers crossed for a fourth season – this show has truly hit its stride in season three.
