Norwich con reunites Red Dwarf cast for charity

Lots of fun, and for a good cause

Nor-Con, Norwich’s annual sci-fi convention organised by Norwich Sci-Fi Club, have embarked upon an ambitious mission to gather together as many of the Red Dwarf cast as possible in order to make this year’s event something special.

Chris Barrie (Rimmer), Robert Llewellyn (Kryten ) , Danny John-Jules (CAT) and Norman Lovett (Holly) have already confirmed as well as non-Red Dwarf guests like DC and Marvel artist Barry Kitson, who will be doing sketches and watercolours at the show, and Transformers comic writer Simon Furman.

Other attractions include the idiosyncratic Audience With A Dalek, full-sized models of Hellboy and other characters, and caped crusaders from Heroes Alliance UK.

Nor-Con is held September 11 at the University of East Anglia, and tickets can be bought here or by calling the UEA Booking Office on 01603 508050. Remember, all profits go to Help For Heroes, Help An East Coast Child and The Big Cat Rescue Trust – so pitch in!
