Debuting at San Diego Comic-Con, Amazon Studios and Roadside Attractions have released the first trailer for YA fantasy film Wonderstruck, and it looks kind of gorgeous. Check it out here and inevitably get ‘Space Oddity’ stuck in your head for the rest of the week:
The film is directed by Todd Haynes (Carol, Mildred Pierce) and stars Oakes Fegley (Pete’s Dragon), Julianne Moore (The Hours), Michelle Williams (Blue Valentine) and newcomer Millicent Simmonds.
The film is based on Brian Selznick’s book of the same name, and tells the tale of two children from different eras whose stories become connected when the dream of having different lives.
