Netflix have just released their summer series line-up, and with it came an air date for Andy and Lana Wachowski’s new sci-fi series Sense8.
Sense8 is set to hit Netflix on 5 June 2015, with all 12 episodes of Season 1 available to stream at the same time in Ultra HD 4K.
The show was co-written by the Wachowskis and Babylon 5 creator J. Michael Straczynski, and stars Doona Bae (Cloud Atlas), Tuppence Middleton (Jupiter Ascending), Aml Ameen (The Maze Runner), Tina Desai (The Best Exotic Marigold Hotel), Jamie Clayton (Transform Me), Brian J Smith (SGU Stargate Universe), Max Riemelt (In Face Of The Crime) and Miguel Angel Silvestre (Velvet).
The recurring cast includes genre stars like Terrance Mann (Critters), Freema Agyeman (Doctor Who), Naveen Andrews (Lost) and Daryl Hannah (Kill Bill: Vol. 1).

It sounds pretty awesome, but so did Jupiter Ascending and look what happened there.
