Three new promotional images from District 9, a new science fiction film from Neill Blomkamp, have been released, following a wave of excitement after the last trailer was uploaded to the internet a few weeks ago.
The film follows the segregation of aliens who arrive on Earth into the titular District 9. Set in South Africa, the film appears to have heavy allegories for apartheid, and is being aggressively marketed through a viral campaign that reached the public eye at last year’s San Diego Comic Con. The images can be seen below in low resolution for now, but will be updated with high resolution versions at a later date.
