Game Of Thrones‘ Gwendoline Christie has stepped in to replace American Horror Story‘s Lily Rabe in The Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part 2.
The actress, known for playing Brienne of Tarth in the HBO show, will be taking over the role of Commander Lyme from Rabe, reports Deadline. Rabe’s commitment to Much Ado About Nothing at Shakespeare in the Park forced the filmmakers to look elsewhere.
While Rabe is one of the very best things about American Horror Story, Christie is a perfect fit for The Hunger Games universe, having become one of Game Of Thrones‘ standout characters.
