We must be in heaven because hit comedy The Good Place has been renewed for Season 4 by NBC.
The renewal comes as no surprise; like we said, it’s a hit comedy, and its viewing figures are consistently strong. But we’re still thrilled that the current season, which still has three episodes left to go, won’t be the death of it.
In the spirit of The Good Place, Season 4 is likely to take us somewhere entirely new. To avoid the risk of ruining anything for people who are not yet caught up, we’ll just say the show has a tendency to completely change direction at the end of every season.
The Good Place was created by Michael Schur and stars Kristen Bell as Eleanor Shellstrop, William Jackson Harper as Chidi Anagonye, Jameela Jamil as Tahani Al-Jamil, D’Arcy Carden as Janet, Manny Jacinto as Jason Mendoza and Ted Danson as Michael.
