A sequel to Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles was confirmed soon after the movie smashed its way to box office glory, and the movie’s producer has confirmed that some fan favourites will make a long overdue appearance in part 2.
Speaking to Omelete (via Collider), Andrew Form said that “We can say that Bebop and Rocksteady are in the film, and Casey Jones is a character that we love and we’re trying to fit him in as well”
Director David Green (Earth To Echo) is currently in negotiations to take over from Jonathan Liebesman, and Megan Fox, Will Arnett and Shredder will be returning.
And now, let’s remember that Casey Jones has previously been played on screen by the great character actor Elias Koteas. Someone’s going to have to live up to that.
