Fergus Roderick ‘Crowley’ McLeod, the unlikely ally of Sam and Dean Winchester, last appeared in Supernatural Season 7’s finale ‘Survival Of The Fittest’, but having been hanging around since Season 5’s ‘Abandon All Hope…’, the mysterious Crowley won’t be that easy to get rid of.

“Damn well hope so, at least one episode anyway,” said actor Mark Sheppard when asked if Crowley might return for Supernatural Season 8. “They might just kill me off. You never know.”

In ‘Survival Of The Fittest’ SPOILERS BEGIN Crowley has the upper hand, the Levianthans are beaten, Dean and Sam are separated, and it’s still uncertain whose interests Crowley has at his black heart other than his own.  SPOILERS END

“I think this is a really, really good end to Season 7,” Sheppard enthused. “I’m really excited to see what happens next. I think they’re in a bit of a predicament. Sorry Moose. I love that I got to say Moose. I was on the set and I was like, ‘I haven’t said anything bad about Jared the whole episode, I need to put Moose back in’.”

Supernatural Season 8 is expected to air 3 October 2012 on The CW. Season 7 is out DVD from 5 November 2012, preorder it now from Amazon.co.uk for £28 or on Blu-ray for £36.
