Stranger Things Season 3 gets a poster and July air date

Stranger Things Season 3 has a new poster AND an air date

Stranger Things has been sending out tiny Season 3 teaser nuggets for months, and now we have the biggest nugget of all: an air date. The new season is set to hit Netflix on 4 July 2019.

The streaming service revealed the date in this very on-brand announcement video:

The video and poster come just under a month after the previous teaser, which revealed the season’s episode titles: ‘Suzie, Do You Copy?‘, ‘The Mall Rats‘, ‘The Case of the Missing Lifeguard‘, ‘The Sauna Test‘, ‘The Source‘, ‘The Birthday‘, ‘The Bite‘ and ‘The Battle of Starcourt‘.

Stranger Things Season 3 will star returning cast members Winona Ryder, David Harbour, Finn Wolfhard, Noah Schnapp, Millie Bobby Brown, Gaten Matarazzo, Caleb McLaughlin, Cara Buono, Natalia Dyer, Joe Keery, Charlie Heaton, Dacre Montomgery and Sadie Sink, as well as new cast members Maya Thurman-Hawke as Robin, Jake Busey as Bruce, Francesca Reale as Heather and Cary Elwes as Mayor Kline.

The show was created by The Duffer Brothers, who serve as executive producers with Shawn Levy, Dan Cohen and Iain Patterson.
