Little Miss Sunshine and Toy Story 3 scriptwriter Michael Arndt may have already signed up for Star Wars: Episode 7, but according to Deadline two other writers have been approached for future Star Wars movies – and one is none other than Lawrence Kasdan, who wrote The Empire Strikes Back, Return Of The Jedi and Raiders Of The Lost Ark.

Also on board is  X-Men: First Class, Sherlock Holmes and X-Men: Days Of Future Past‘s Simon Kinsberg, it’s easy to assume they’ll be taking on Episodes 8 and 9 each, but that might not be the case. With Disney primed to released “2 or 3 films a year” these could be anything from a Boba Fett spin-off (yes please) to a knockabout gungan comedy (no thanks).

The complete Star Wars saga (so far!) is available on Blu-ray priced £56.79 from Amazon.co.uk.
