Sense8 Season 2 sneak peek photos give a look at what’s to come

There’s cake and blood in these Sense8 Season 2 images

Sense8‘s co-creator Lana Wachowski shared a tonne of brand new Season 2 production stills on the show’s official Tumblr page recently ( if you’re bored…), and they are absolutely delightful. They also look potentially spoilerific, so browse through the above gallery with caution.

The images come shortly after the news of a major recast for Capheus, everyone’s favourite Kenyan bus driver/Jean-Claude Van Damme enthusiast, so that new face you might not recognise is actor Toby Onwumere.

For people who are yet binge Sense8 and become completely obsessed, it tells the story of eight young people from all over the world who find out they are psychically linked and make up a cluster of ‘sensates’. With help from a sensate from a previous cluster, the group tries to come to terms with their new-found powers and use them to help one another in times of need.

Sense8 was created and is co-written by Lana and Lilly Wachowski and J Michael Straczynski.

Sense8 Season 2 is set to air late 2016/early 2017. You can stream Season 1 on Netflix now. Get all the latest science fiction news with every issue of SciFiNow.
