The second trailer for the upcoming remake of The Crazies has been released.
The new footage, embedded below through Yahoo! Movies, presents the film in a slightly different light to the previously released trailer. In the film, a virus is accidentally released in a small town in Georgia, USA, that causes violent insanity in those it infects. The film follows a sheriff, his pregnant wife, and a few other townsfolk as they struggle to survive the night and the military quarantine that now surrounds their home.
The Crazies is directed by Breck Eisner, based off the original film by George A Romero. The film stars Timothy Olyphant, Radha Mitchell and Danielle Panabaker among others, and is scheduled for a February 2010 release.
