Principle casting has almost finished for the fifth (fifth!) Pirates Of The Caribbean movie Dead Men Tell No Tales: Johnny Depp is of course returning as fan favourite Captain Jack Sparrow, Javier Bardem (Skyfall) is set to take on the role of a new villain, Captain Brand, and Brenton Thwaites (Maleficent) has been bagged to play a British solider called Henry.
However, the film is yet to cast the last of its leads. Disney Pictures has its eye on five young actresses, including Lucy Boynton (Ballet Shoes), Alexandra Dowling (The Musketeers), Kaya Scodelario (The Maze Runner), Jenna Thiam (The Returned) and Gabriella Wilde (Carrie).
Details of the character are being kept under wraps for now, but we do know that she will be Henry’s love interest.
Along with Depp, Geoffrey Rush will be returning to the franchise to reprise his role as Captain Barbossa and Orlando Bloom is also rumoured to be making an appearance as Will Turner.
