Noomi Rapace has to be one of the busiest actors currently working, and she’s just added another film to her slate.

Arrow In The Head reports that the star of Prometheus, The Drop and The Girl With The Dragon Tattoo has signed on to star in Rupture, a sci-fi thriller from Steven Shainberg, the director of modern cult classic Secretary.

Plot details are being kept under wraps, but the vague synopsis states that Rapace “will play a single mother who, struggling to raise her son alone, is abducted by a mysterious organisation. While trying to escape, she uncovers an extraordinary secret about herself.” The film comes from American Sniper producer Andrew Lazar’s Tango Pictures Production and AMBI Pictures.

Rapace can currently be seen in Child 44, and she’s also linked to (deep breath) Alive Alone, The Price, Prometheus 2, Brilliance, and What Happened To Monday? She also has Unlocked in post-production.
