Megan Fox, who was previously booted out of the Transformers franchise by Michael Bay for talking it down, has apparently rebuilt her bridges with the producer.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, Fox has been added to Bay’s Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles reboot as plucky reporter and Turtle-lover April O’Neil.
Bay wrote on his blog, “We are bringing Megan Fox back into the family!”
The Hollywood Reporter writes, “Sources say Fox and Bay reconciled over a series of recent meetings, and that one tete-a-tete that won her over was with director Jonathan Liebesman, who wowed her with the storyboards.”
Actors are currently being screen-tested for the role of the Turtles themselves.
