Marvel’s Inhumans trailer heads to Earth with Lockjaw

Iwan Rheon’s kicking off and Lockjaw’s a teleporting giant dog in the first Inhumans trailer

The first trailer for Marvel’s Inhumans TV series is here, and it’s going big on Game Of Thrones‘ Iwan Rheon trying to start a coup, letting people know that it’s an IMAX event, and (thankfully) delivering on giant teleporting dog Lockjaw. Good dog. Although we still have a lot of questions about Medusa’s hair…

“Marvel’s Inhumans explores the never-before-told epic adventure of the royal family including Black Bolt, the enigmatic, commanding King of the Inhumans, with a voice so powerful that the slightest whisper can destroy a city. After the Royal Family of Inhumans is splintered by a military coup, they barely escape to Hawaii where they are greeted with surprising interactions with the lush world and humanity around them.   Now they must find a way to reunite with each other and return to their home before their way of life is destroyed forever.”

The series stars Anson Mount as Black Bolt, Iwan Rheon as Maximus, Serinda Swan as Medusa, Eme Ikwuakor as Gorgon, Isabelle Cornish as Crystal, Ken Leung as Karnak, Ellen Woglom as an undisclosed character, Sonya Balmores as Auran and Mike Moh as Triton. It comes from Iron Fist showrunner Scott Buck.

Marvel’s Inhumans arrives in IMAX cinemas around the world on 1 September for two weeks, then premieres on 29 September on ABC in the US. Get all the latest superhero news with every issue of SciFiNow.
