Lucy In The Sky new trailer goes on a space trip

Natalie Portman goes on a wild ride in the new trailer for Noah Hawley’s Lucy In The Sky

A new trailer and poster combo for Noah Hawley’s upcoming film Lucy In The Sky have appeared, and they take star Natalie Portman to new heights.

In all honesty, we don’t actually know if the film is sci-fi/fantasy or not, but with Hawley attached and the fact that it looks pretty trippy we’ve decided to cover it anyway (for now, at least).

Here’s the synopsis for the film:

In LUCY IN THE SKY, Natalie Portman plays Lucy Cola, a strong woman whose determination and drive as an astronaut take her to space, where she’s deeply moved by the transcendent experience of seeing her life from afar. Back home as Lucy’s world suddenly feels too small, her connection with reality slowly unravels.

The film is directed by Noah Hawley (LegionFargo) from a screenplay by Hawley, Brian C Brown and Elliot DiGuiseppi and a story by Brown and DiGuiseppi. It is produced by Reese Witherspoon, Bruna Papandrea, Noah Hawley and John Cameron.

It stars Natalie Portman, Jon Hamm, Dan Stevens, Zazie Beetz, Pearl Amanda Dickson and Ellen Burstyn.

Lucy In The Sky is in cinemas from 6 December 2019. Get all the latest sci-fi news with every issue of SciFiNow.
