Lucifer revived for Season 4 by Netflix

Lucifer isn’t dead yet… Netflix has picked it up for Season 4

Lucifer is officially the latest cancelled show to be brought back from the dead, following Netflix’s decision to revive it for Season 4.

The series was cancelled by original broadcaster FOX after just three season back in May. There’s no information yet regarding how long the new season will be or whether or not Netflix intends to give Lucifer a good ending or continue the story past Season 4.

Though Lucifer has never really wowed in terms of viewing figures, it does have a dedicated fanbase, so the news of its revival is very welcome indeed.

Lucifer was developed by Tom Kapinos and based on the characters created by Vertigo by Neil Gaiman, Sam Kieth and Mike Dringenberg. It stars Tom Ellis as Lucifer Morningstar, along with Lauren German, Kevin Alejandro, DB Woodside, Lesley-Ann Brandt, Rachael Harris, Tricia Helfer, Aimee Garcia and Tom Welling.

Lucifer is available to stream now on Amazon Video in the UK. Get all the latest fantasy news with every issue of SciFiNow.
