As Suicide Squad rumbles past $700 million worldwide, it’s worth remembering that Ben Affleck’s next appearance as Gotham‘s dark knight isn’t far away, and as if to prove that point, Zack Snyder has tweeted a picture of a new Batsuit (hi-res Collider).

Going by the reaction online, clearly we weren’t the only ones who looked at it and thought “Huh…looks kind of like Nite Owl…”, but if you will put those eyes on that suit, you’re going to get something that looks like Nite Owl. You just are.
There’s not been a huge amount of news out of the Justice League camp since that trailer launched at Comic-Con and everyone started throwing the word “lighter” around a lot, but there have been a couple of developments. Production is heading to Iceland, presumably for scenes featuring Jason Momoa’s Aquaman, who may or may not be coming in on the King Tide, and JK Simmons has also been downplaying the size of his role in the film.
“In this first installment of the Justice League, Commissioner Gordon is not a particularly sizable part,” he told ET. “We just kind of introduce him and see a little bit of his interactions with Batman and with most of the Justice League.”
What do you think of the new tactical Batsuit?
