Halloween is fast approaching and, just in case you’d forgotten that John Carpenter himself is working on the score, Sacred Bones Records has released the first track: The Shape Returns…
Carpenter composed the score with Cody Carpenter and Daniel Davies, and it will be available to buy on 19 October. You can pre-order in various lovely formats here. Carpenter and his band are also on tour in October, and as anyone who caught them last time will tell you, it’s not to be missed. Ticket info is here.
Meanwhile, David Gordon Green’s film (which is apparently fantastic) hits cinemas on the same day, with Jamie Lee Curtis reprising her role as Laurie Strode to face down Michael Myers one last time…
