Jessica Jones and Hulk series to debut next pilot season

Two more superhero TV shows on the horizon

An adaptation of Brian Michael Bendis’ comic-book Alias, which will be retitled AKA Jessica Jones, about a superhero private eye and broadly similar to his Powers series which is currently being shot by FX, and a Guillermo Del Toro produced Hulk series, have both been confirmed by the ABC network for the next pilot season.

If commissioned they could start airing as soon as Autumn 2012, and be the first Marvel properties to make it to live action TV since, er, Mutant X and Blade: The Series.
