British anthology horror Its Walls Were Blood has announced its directors and first cast members.

Screen Daily reports that Pollyanna McIntosh (The Woman), Steve Oram (Sightseers) and Edward Hogg (Bunny And The Bull) will star in the film, while the writer-directors include Sean Hogan (The Devil’s Business), Tom Shankland (The Children), Paul Davis (The Body) and Paul Hyett (The Seasoning House).

The film will also star The Selfish Giant‘s Conner Chapman and The Seasoning House‘s Rosie Day.

There are currently no further details, except that the film is looking to shoot later this year. It’s a promising line-up (we’re fans of Hogan and Shankland’s work in particular) with a strong cast and it’s certainly got a cracking title. More news as we get it.
