The first teaser trailer for IT Chapter Two arrived and it’s one hell of a reintroduction to Derry, Maine…give it a look.
Yes indeed, Pennywise is back and the Losers are all grown up 27 years later to put a stop to him once and for all. We’re loving the choice to lead with one of the creepiest scenes in the adult section of the book, although we’re definitely looking forward to seeing more of the Losers as a group again. Still, it’s great to get see a bit of them in action, with Jessica Chastain as Beverly, James McAvoy as Bill, Bill Hader as Richie, James Ransone as Eddie, Isiah Mustafa as Mike, Jay Ryan as Ben and Andy Bean as Stan.
Bill Skarsgard is back as Pennywise, and key roles Audra and Adrian Mellon are played by Jen Weixler and Xavier Dolan. Jaeden Martell, Sophia Lillis, Finn Wolfhard, Jack Dylan Grazer, Chosen Jacobs, Jeremy Ray Taylor and Wyatt Oleff all reprise their roles as the young Losers, and Andy Muschietti returns to direct from a script by Gary Dauberman.
IT Chapter Two is released on 6 September.
