The adult Losers of It: Chapter Two are shaping up to be a lovely bunch, with another winner joining them this week. Isaiah Mustafa has been added to the cast, and will be playing the adult version of Mike Hanlon.
Mustafa is currently starring in Freeform’s Shadowhunters as werewolf cop Luke Garroway, but you may also know him as the handsome topless man from the Old Spice adverts, among other things.
The actor is joining the already cast Jessica Chastain as adult Beverly Marsh, James McAvoy as adult Bill Denbrough, Bill Hader as adult Richie Tozier, James Ransone as adult Eddie Kaspbrak, Andy Bean as adult Stan Uris, and Jay Ryan as adult Ben Hanscom. Bill Skarsgård is also obviously returning to his role of Pennywise.
The first film’s director Andy Muschietti is helming It: Chapter Two, while Gary Dauberman is back to pen the script.
