Rapper turned (unconvincing) actor Ice-T, recently recorded an audiobook that he seemed to only recently realise was about fantasy RPG Dungeons & Dragons.
“They didn’t tell me this was a motherfuckin’ Dungeons & Dragons book,” he said on his podcast. “For those of you who don’t know, Dungeons & Dragons is some of the most crazy, deep, deep nerd shit ever invented.”
“Motherfuckers talk like Yoda,” he added. “Son, it took me three and half hours to read 25 pages.
“They were talking about ‘pegasuses’ and ‘pegasi’. That’s horses with wings. This motherfucker got a sword that talks to him… this shit is crazy. Motherfuckers live in places that don’t exist, and it comes with a map. My God.”
