Just as Hannibal showrunner Bryan Fuller had revealed talk of a contingency should the show be dropped, NBC renewed the SciFiNow-approved serial killer horror for a third season.
Deadline reports that despite low ratings, it has the youngest median age of any 10pm drama, which has probably contributed to its status at NBC.
