/Film has confirmed that the trailer for The Day The Earth Stood Still will be attached to Hancock when it opens in cinemas on 2 July.
The remake stars Keanu Reeves as Klaatu, an alien who travels to Earth to give them an ultimatum: Change your ways, or be destroyed. Jennifer Connelly, Kathy Bates and Jaden Smith also star in the film, which is slated for a 12 December release in the United States.
