Two new faces have popped up on Gotham Season 2’s first poster, and they’re both villains. Billionaire industrialist Theo Galavan (played by True Blood‘s James Frain) and his sister Tabitha (Evil Dead‘s Jessica Lucas), who will presumably become Tigress over the course of the series, are sure to shake things up and course more trouble for Gordon.
