Despite rumours that the critically acclaimed reimagining of Battlestar Galactica would not see the end of its story, production has resumed on the show this week.
Speaking to SyFy Portal’s Michael Hinman, Edward James Olmos contradicted earlier comments from executive producer Ronald D Moore, saying that “[the show] will finish the story, and I think the fans will be satisfied.”
During the recent WGA strikes, Moore had strongly hinted that the show may not run through to its scheduled end at the conclusion of season four. However, with half of the season already filmed and due to air in the first days of April, fans can now breathe a sigh of relief.
