Fox 21 has procured the television rights to Platinum Studios’ on the horizon comic book series . As reported by Digital Spy, the comic follows a secret agent called Nick Rabel. Gifted with immortality, Nick manages to discover the difference between indestructibility and being unbreakable.
Fox 21 president Chris Carlisle was on hand to discuss this acquisition:
“This is a fun comic story where our indestructible lead character has major issues,” he says before describing the concept as: “a unique combination of superpowers and humour”.
Fox 21 secured the rights to Indestructible Man following an agreement with Randy Greenberg – formerly of Universal – and the Rigberg Entertainment Group. Platinum’s Scott Mitchell Rosenberg will serve as an executive producer on the show.
